ACSI finalist for Oracle Customer Excellence Award

ACSI was named a finalist in the 2026 Oracle Customer Excellence Awards, recognising the impact of its enterprise-wide digital transformation.
ACSI was shortlisted for the Enterprise-Wide Digital Transformation Excellence Award, while Roger Cressey, Chief Information & Technology Officer, was named a finalist for CIO of the Year.
The organisation moved from a fragmented environment of more than 50 systems to a unified Oracle Cloud platform, simplifying operations, improving reporting, and creating a stronger foundation for future AI adoption.

New Strategic Partnership and Win: CRH Joins the KNEX UK Customer Portfolio
KNEX is pleased to welcome
CRH, one of the world’s largest and most influential building materials companies, as a new UK customer. With operations across North America and Europe and a highly complex finance environment, CRH represents a significant strategic addition to the KNEX portfolio.
CRH has selected KNEX as its strategic partner to support a major Oracle EPM Cloud migration, forming a key part of its wider finance-led cloud modernization initiative.
Why CRH chose KNEX:
- Proven expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud migrations, including FCCS and PBCS
- Strong delivery and hypercare capabilities during critical close and reporting cycles
- A flexible support model aligned to global finance operations
Scope of the engagement includes:
- Migration from Hyperion Financial Management and Hyperion Planning to Oracle EPM Cloud
- Integration and automation enhancements to improve performance and reduce manual effort
- Post-migration stabilization and ongoing support
The program is expected to go live in 2026, providing CRH with a modern, scalable EPM platform and a strong foundation for future performance management innovation, including AI-enabled capabilities.
AI Spotlight: KNEX AI Agent Pack for PeopleSoft HR
KNEX AI Agent Pack brings embedded, agentic AI into core PeopleSoft HR workflows, helping HR teams simplify complex processes and improve employee self-service without replacing their existing environment.
Designed to work within PeopleSoft, the AI Agent Pack turns traditionally rigid HR interactions into more intuitive, conversational experiences. Employees can get clearer answers about benefits, payslips, and leave balances, while HR teams reduce repetitive inquiries and manual support.

KNEX continued its global engagement with Oracle’s AI World Tour through recent stops in London, Riyadh, Mumbai, New York, and Dallas, connecting with customers, partners, and industry leaders across key markets.
In London, Neil Sellers represented KNEX at Payments in Motion – London, where conversations focused on the future of embedded B2B payments and the growing demand for seamless payment experiences within Oracle environments. KNEX also highlighted its
Virtual Card Adapter, designed to support embedded virtual card workflows within Oracle Fusion.
KNEX additionally participated in the Institute of Commercial Payments Commercial Card and Payment Conference alongside leaders from Visa and the broader payments ecosystem.
Most recently, the KNEX team attended Blueprint 4D in Dallas, where the team connected with attendees and showcased how AI is being applied inside Oracle Fusion today.
